Hi, I live in an apartment, so how would I get the effect of closing a lid. I do have a grill pan, or after using the grill pan should I put the steaks in the oven to finish cooking?
Em Beitel says
Hi Brenda! Yes, that would work perfectly. Finish them in the oven at 375 degrees.
