Creamy Leftover prime rib pasta

With just one bite, you're going to love my prime rib leftover pasta recipe as much as my family and I do!
leftover roasted prime rib olive oil butter heavy cream penne pasta onion garlic cremini mushrooms sun-dried tomatoes salt and pepper parsley grated parmesan
Heat oil in a skillet. Add onion and cook. Add in garlic and cook. Next, add mushrooms and butter and cook until tender.
Add heavy cream, lowering the heat. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix in sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper, and parsley. Stir, then remove the skillet from the heat.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce along with leftover sliced prime rib. Mix, serve and enjoy!
