How to Cook
This boneless rib roast makes a perfect holiday meal, especially served with beef au jus!

Pat your roast dry. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Preheat oven to 450°F.
Rest fat-side up on a pan with a roasting rack. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Lower oven temperature to 325°F and tent the roast with foil. Cook for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow it to rest. After resting, carve against the grain for best results, and enjoy!
