Beef broth Worcestershire sauce Red wine Drippings from prime rib


Place the roasting pan from cooking prime rib on the stove over low heat after removing the roast.

Whisk Worcestershire sauce and red wine into the pan along with drippings.

Scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the roasting pan for extra flavor.
