Easy Bulgogi bowls

How to make

Thinly sliced, marinated ribeye beef with vegetables makes for a delicious lunch or dinner recipe. Plus its ready in under 30 minutes!

Beef and marinade boneless ribeye soy sauce sesame oil pear  green onions  garlic olive oil

Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, pear, green onions, and garlic in a bowl.

Step 1

Cut ribeye into slices. Add to the bowl with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Preheat a skillet to medium-high. Add oil, then add the beef. Cook for 1 minute.

After cooking, add the remaining marinade. Cook for an additional minute.

Serve over rice with cucumbers, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms, and enjoy!
