Easy korean ground beef
takes less than 30 minutes to make in your Instant Pot!
You will need...
Soy sauce low sodium
Red pepper flakes
Everything bagel seasoning
It's ready in just about 25 minutes, the ingredients are super simple, and it tastes incredible.
Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper in a bowl, and set aside.
Set the instant pot to sauté and add the oil. Once oil is hot, add the ground beef to brown it off.
Once meat is browned, add the onion.
Add water, and place rice in a pan on a trivet. Seal the lid and pressure valve and cook on high for 8 minutes.
Release pressure and remove the rice.
Return instant pot to sauté and add the sauce. Cook beef for 10-15 minutes until sauce is reduced to a glaze on the beef.
Serve over the rice and garnish with everything bagel seasoning and green onion. For a keto-friendly dish, serve in lettuce boats.
