Meatloaf sandwiches are juicy, cheesy, and perfect for using up leftover meatloaf. Serve it for lunch or dinner in just 30 minutes!
Heat a skillet to medium-low heat. Once hot, add olive oil and lay down slices of meatloaf.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until each side of your meatloaf is golden brown.
Top meatloaf with shredded cheese and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Once the buns are toasted, begin assembling. Spread tomato sauce over the inside of your buns.
Top with meatloaf, lettuce, and tomatoes.
Place the top bun on your sandwich and enjoy!
