- Hoagie roll
- leftover Italian Meatloaf - also try keto meatloaf, or air fryer meatloaf
- Olive oil
- Shredded cheese
- Tomato sauce
- Lettuce
- Tomato
How to Make a Meatloaf Sandwich
- Heat a skillet to medium-low heat. Once hot, add olive oil and lay down slices of meatloaf.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until each side of your meatloaf is golden brown.
- Top meatloaf with shredded cheese and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Set meatloaf aside on a separate plate. Using the same skillet, toast your buns for 2-3 minutes.
- Once the buns are toasted, begin assembling the sandwich. Spread tomato sauce over the inside of your buns.
- Top with meatloaf, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Place the top bun on your sandwich and enjoy!
