Easy Smoked Beef Short Ribs

They're easy to prep and cook to fall-off-the-bone tender perfection!

Ingredients

Short Ribs Paprika Coarse Salt Black Pepper Garlic Powder Apple Cider Vinegar

Salt ribs and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, preheat smoker to 285°F. Add remaining seasonings to a bowl.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the ribs and thoroughly cover them.

Step 3

Place on the smoker and cook for 4 hours. Spritz the ribs once every hour with apple cider vinegar.

Step 4

Remove and let them rest for 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
