easy whole beef tenderloin roast

You will need...
whole beef tenderloin roast sea salt fresh ground black pepper dried thyme leaves granulated garlic olive oil
This simple mix of seasonings complements a hearty beef tenderloin perfectly!
Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme, then store in plastic wrap in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan. Drizzle oil evenly over the roast.
Place roast in the oven and sear for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F.
Cook for 1 more hour at 325°F. Remove from oven and tent with foil for 15 minutes before carving. Serve, and enjoy!
