Honey Sriracha Meatballs

Meet your new favorite meatball: our Honey Sriracha Meatball recipe is a perfect lunch, dinner, or appetizer!

For the meatballs: - 2 lbs. ground beef - 1/3 cup onion - 4 cloves garlic - 2 eggs - 3/4 cup breadcrumbs - 1 tsp. salt - 1/2 tsp. pepper


For the sauce: - 4 tbsp. sriracha - 1/2 cup honey - 2 tbsp. rice vinegar - 2 tbsp. soy sauce - 2 cloves garlic

Make the sauce.


In a medium saucepan, whisk together sriracha sauce, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened.

Make beef mixture.


Mix together ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Beat 2 eggs and incorporate into the beef mixture.

Make balls.


Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Time to bake.


Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. Pour honey sriracha sauce over meatballs.



Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve as an appetizer or as a meal over rice!
