You will need...
Prime rib roast Kosher or sea salt Olive oil Freshly ground black pepper
It's so easy!
My slow roasted prime rib is flavorful, show-stopping, and easy for beginners!
Salt prime rib on all sides, then refrigerate overnight uncovered.
Brush all sides with olive oil after bringing it to room temperature.
Season the entire roast with pepper.
Add to the oven at low heat for 4 hours, then sear at high heat to finish the roast.
Slice after resting for at least 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
