intant pot juicy meatballs
How to Cook
Moist and delicious, these beef meatballs are outstanding and so easy to make!
ground sausage ground beef eggs Italian breadcrumbs garlic powder onion powder Italian seasoning Parmesan cheese Sea salt beef broth olive oil
Combine ground beef and ground sausage.
Combine with beaten eggs.
Add bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to the bowl. Mix well.
Mix in Parmesan cheese until fully combined.
Form the meat mixture into balls by rolling them in your hands.
Add trivet to the Instant Pot, then pour in beef broth. Place meatballs on top.
Add the lid, cook on high pressure for 7 minutes and natural release for 5 minutes.
Remove and drain liquid. Add oil and saute meatballs until brown. Serve and enjoy!
