Ingredients

ground beef  olive oil  onion powder garlic powder Dijon mustard tomato paste sugar-free  ground pepper salt eggs heavy cream cheddar  green beans

Step 1

Grease a baking dish with olive oil and set it aside. Preheat your oven to 360°F.

Step 2

Place beef, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard, tomato paste, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Stir well.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add the beef mixture and cook for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add the cooked beef mixture to your baking dish. Spread green beans over the beef.

Step 5

In a bowl, beat eggs. Add cream and salt. Pour this mixture over the baking dish. Top with cheddar.

Step 6

Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese, is golden brown. Serve, and enjoy!
