Ingredients

New York Strip Steaks  Asian Beef Marinade Soy Sauce Balsamic Vinegar Mongolian Fire Oil Minced Garlic Lemon Juice

In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and stir thoroughly.

Step 1

Place the steaks in the marinade, cover, and chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Heat your grill to medium/high. Let steaks come to room temperature before placing on the grill.

Step 3

Sl

Place on the grill and cook for 1.5 minutes then rotate it, cook for another 1.5 minutes. Flip the steak and repeat.

Step 4
