Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls

How to Cook

Nothing beats the crispy, crunchy outside of an egg roll with its tender steak-filled inside!


olive oil yellow onion  green bell pepper  garlic minced worcestershire sauce beef eye round steak  salt and pepper cheese shredded egg roll wraps


In a saucepan over medium-high, add oil. Add bell pepper and onions. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 1


Add in garlic, Worcestershire, steak, salt, and pepper. Sauté and cook until browned. Drain juice to create an au jus. Set aside.

Step 2


Lay out the egg roll wrapper in the shape of a diamond. Place spoonfuls of meat in the center, then your shredded cheese.

Step 3


Lightly wet the edge of the wrapper with water. Makes it super-efficient! Fold left and right corners into the center.

Step 4


Then, fold the bottom corner and roll shut, squeezing the air out as you roll. Lightly wet the exposed corner to seal it.

Step 5


Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the egg rolls in the basket. Brush rolls with oil.

Step 6


Cook for 8 minutes at 380°F, flipping halfway. Cook until they are crispy and golden brown. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.

Step 7


It is that simple! Dip these in your homemade Au Jus and enjoy!
