If you know me, you know I love egg rolls. I could eat them as an appetizer or even as a main dish - I never get tired of them! But recently, I've been trying out new flavors to fry up in wonton wrappers using my air fryer. Philly cheesesteaks are always a hit in my household, so after trying a similar dish at a restaurant, I knew I had to combine cheesesteaks and egg rolls into this irresistible combination.

These Air Fryer Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls are the perfect recipe for all my fellow egg roll lovers! Nothing beats the crispy, crunchy outside of an egg roll with its tender steak-filled inside. These are the egg rolls you've been waiting for!

No one can resist the delicious meat and cheese combo of a cheesesteak, and these Philly eggs rolls make that combo shine. I guarantee they will be the first appetizer to disappear at your next gathering.

    Air Fryer Egg Rolls FAQs

Can I make air fryer egg rolls ahead of time?

You can easily make air fryer egg rolls ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours before air frying them. Place in an airtight container with a damp rag over them. This is so convenient for prepping everything the day before, then air frying when ready to serve.

Can I freeze air fryer egg rolls?

If you don't want to cook these right away, place uncooked egg rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place them in the freezer. Transfer to an airtight container and store. You can also store them cooked, but allow them to cool first. Make sure to label with the date. They will last in the freezer for up to 6 months.
