Pie crust Ground beef Burger seasoning Cheddar cheese Mashed potatoes Canned diced tomatoes with green chilies Salt and pepper Fresh tomatoes
Preheat oven to 425°F, and place the crust in a pie dish. Using a fork, poke holes in the bottom of the crust. Pre-bake the crust for 7 minutes.
While the crust is baking, combine the ground beef and burger seasoning in a large skillet and brown the beef.
Drain the liquid from the pan, then add the can of tomatoes and chilies. Cook for another 2 minutes and drain the liquid again.
Add the beef to the crust, top with prepared mashed potatoes in a smooth layer. Finish with cheese, salt, and pepper.
Return to the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, top with slices of tomato, and serve!
