In a saucepan, whisk together sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking sheets with cooking spray.
