There is nothing like the taste and tenderness smoked beef short ribs.


Short Ribs Paprika Coarse Salt Black Pepper Garlic Powder Apple Cider Vinegar


Salt short ribs and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, preheat smoker to 285°F. Add remaining seasonings to a bowl.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the ribs and thoroughly cover them.

Step 3


Place on the smoker and cook for 4 hours. Spritz the ribs once every hour with apple cider vinegar.

Step 4


Remove from the smoker and let them rest for about 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
