Tomahawk steak Fresh thyme Butter Sea salt Black pepper Granulated garlic Paprika

Allow steak to come to room temperature while your pellet smoker preheats, then season.

Place on the smoker for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Season again when you take it off the smoker.

Reverse sear your gorgeous steak in butter and thyme in a cast iron skillet.
