How to Cook

A totally gorgeous standing rib roast, simple enough for a beginner to make! 

Ingredients

rib roast softened butter fresh rosemary garlic cloves black pepper sea salt

Mix together softened butter, rosemary, garlic, and salt and pepper.

Step 1

Rub the roast all over with garlic butter. Wrap aluminum foil around the exposed rib bones.

Step 2

Sl

Roast for 15 minutes at high heat, then lower the oven temperature and roast for 2 hours at the lower heat.

Step 3

Sl

Tent with aluminum foil and rest 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
