Steak Alfredo

Let's make...

With perfectly cooked pasta, tender leftover steak, and Alfredo sauce with my secret ingredient, you'll be making this again and again!


– Heavy cream – Butter – Garlic – Parmesan – White American cheese – Fettuccine – Black pepper – Steak


Set a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. In a separate pot, cook a package of pasta.

Step 1


When the butter is fully melted, add in garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring, or until fragrant.

Step 2


Slowly add in the heavy cream, stirring constantly so the cream doesn't curdle. 

Step 3


Sprinkle in the Parmesan slowly, while stirring constantly to avoid clumps.

Step 4


Add in the slices of American cheese and stir until fully incorporated.

Step 5


Sprinkle with pepper and stir to combine.

Step 6


Add in the pasta and sliced steak. Top with extra Parmesan and parsley as desired, and serve!
