The Best Steak Fries

There's nothing like golden, delicious fries to pair with a steak dinner, and my Steak Fries Recipe is so good, you'll want to have it for breakfast and lunch, too!

Ingredients

Russet potatoes Olive oil Paprika Granulated garlic Onion powder Salt

Cut each potato lengthwise in half, then lay flat and cut lengthwise again into quarters, then once more into eighths.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Soak the wedges in a bowl of cold water for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Sl

Drain the potatoes and pat dry.  Dip into seasonings, and mix until all the potatoes are evenly coated.

Step 3

Arrange the coated potatoes cut-side-down on the baking sheet, making sure none are overlapped.

Step 4

Sl

Bake for 20 minutes, then flip using a spatula. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the edges are golden and crisp.

Step 5

Sl

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, let cool for five minutes, then serve!
