This Steakhouse Baked Potato is everything you love about the baked potatoes restaurants make - at home!

Ingredients

Russet potatoes Thin bacon slices Baked Potato Toppings Extra sharp cheddar cheese Sour cream Green onions, sliced Butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. While the oven preheats, rinse potatoes and dry them. Slice green onions and grate cheese.

Wrap the potatoes with bacon. To hold in place, pierce the potato through the bacon with a few toothpicks.

Bake for 55-60 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Remove toothpicks. Then, cut a slit in the top of each one, and push on the ends to open the potatoes up.

Step 4

Fill with butter each and top with shredded cheese, green onions, and sour cream. Enjoy!
