dried thyme leaves
Season roast with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme, then store in plastic wrap in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan. Drizzle
evenly over the roast.
Place in the oven and then sear for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325°F and cook for 1 hour.
Tent with foil for 15 minutes before carving. Serve with side dishes of your choice. Enjoy!
