Tasty mini Philly cheesesteaks make a fun family dinner or the perfect football party finger food!

Preheat oven to 300°F. Add peppers and onions to a pan with oil. Saute for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add oil, then the shaved ribeye steak. Cook steak until it browns.
Add peppers and onions back to pan. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red chili flakes, and salt and pepper. Stir.
Pour in the cheddar cheese sauce and mix together thoroughly.
Line the package of rolls with foil. Halve the rolls and spread the bottom with the filling.
Place the bottom half of the rolls back in the original packaging the rolls came in and wrap with foil after brushing with garlic butter.
Bake for 15 minutes. Once done, remove and carefully unwrap from the foil. Enjoy!
