The Easiest & Tastiest Beef Stroganoff in the Instant Pot
– olive oil – ground beef – mushrooms – Salt and pepper – minced garlic – onion – flour – white wine – beef broth – egg noodles – sour cream
Set Instant Pot to saute mode. Add oil and swirl it around. Then, add onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add in beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until it browns.
Once browned, stir in your flour. Then add beef broth and white wine and stir well to mix together.
Close lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Carefully quick release, then open and add uncooked noodles.
Replace lid, and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Do a natural pressure release for 5 minutes. Open the lid and add sour cream. Stir well.
