Heat a cast-iron griddle over medium-high heat. Once hot, grease with butter. Divide beef into 4 balls.
Place ground beef balls on the griddle and smash them flat with a spatula.
Season with burger seasoning and cook until the edges brown. Flip patties and season them. Finally, place cheese on top.
Cook until the cheese melts and the burgers are medium-rare, about 1 minute.
Serve on brioche buns with lettuce, onion, tomato, and special burger sauce. Enjoy!
