- 10 small Boneless pork chops
- ⅔ cup Sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons Onion soup mix
- ⅓ cup Pork rinds crumbled
- 2 Tablespoons Minced onion

Preheat the oven to 350°F, and place the pork chops in a 9x13 baking dish so they don't overlap.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and soup mix, stirring well.
⅔ cup Sour cream, 2 Tablespoons Onion soup mix
Spread the sour cream mix evenly over the pork chops. Add a little milk or water if it's too thick.
Crush the pork rind into crumbs, then combine it with the minced onion. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the coated pork chops.
⅓ cup Pork rinds, 2 Tablespoons Minced onion
Bake for 30 minutes until the pork chops measure 145°F internally, let rest, and serve!
- For a milder, saucier coating, add a can of cream of mushroom soup to the sour cream and soup mix. Pork chops with onion soup mix and cream of mushroom are ultra creamy and delicious on rice!
- Lipton onion soup mix pork chops is what I grew up on, and it's a budget friendly option. However, feel free to choose your favorite brand of soup mix!
- If staying low-carb isn't a concern, feel free to swap out the pork rind crumbs for your favorite bread crumbs! Just be sure to add seasoning, as pork rind is super flavorful.
