- Pork drippings from roast or chops
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Once melted, add in the pork drippings and stir until well combined.

Add in the chicken broth, Worcestershire, salt and pepper, and water, and mix again.

Add a splash of water to the cornstarch to make it into a slurry and pour it slowly into the gravy, mixing the entire time. You can also add it dry in small amounts while mixing.
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
Bring the gravy to a simmer while stirring the entire time.
Cook until the gravy is thickened, about 5 minutes, then remove from the heat, pour into a gravy boat.
Serve on everything from potatoes to pork to your favorite bread rolls!
