  • Pork drippings from roast or chops
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Once melted, add in the pork drippings and stir until well combined.

  • Add in the chicken broth, Worcestershire, salt and pepper, and water, and mix again.

  • Add a splash of water to the cornstarch to make it into a slurry and pour it slowly into the gravy, mixing the entire time. You can also add it dry in small amounts while mixing.
    3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • Bring the gravy to a simmer while stirring the entire time.
  • Cook until the gravy is thickened, about 5 minutes, then remove from the heat, pour into a gravy boat.
  • Serve on everything from potatoes to pork to your favorite bread rolls!
