In a bowl, combine rub. Rub steak with the rub. Let steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to high heat. Sear steaks for 3 minutes per side with the lid open.
Then, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking with the lid closed until the desired level of doneness.
Remove from grill and top with garlic butter. Slice against the grain. Enjoy!
