Boneless beef chuck steak Olive oil Red wine vinegar Garlic Brown sugar Italian seasoning Salt and pepper Red pepper flakes Butter Ingredients Garlic Fresh thyme Fresh rosemary Butter
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
Marinate the steak overnight in the fridge.
Mix together the garlic butter ingredients.
Grill steaks over direct heat first, then indirect heat.
