How to Cook

A classic South American breaded steak recipe, this is delicious on its own and perfect for pairing with sauces and sides.

Tenderize steaks by pounding them with a meat mallet. Add steaks to a sheet pan and season on both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 1


Place breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix garlic powder, salt and pepper into them until combined. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs.

Step 2


Dust steaks with flour. Dip in eggs, then dip in breadcrumbs. Fully coat all steak, pressing the breadcrumbs into the meat if necessary.

Step 3


Add oil to a skillet over medium-high heat.  Fry the steak on both sides for 2-3 minutes a side until golden brown.

Step 4


Place on a plate with paper towels to drain the oil. Serve and enjoy!
