You will need...
olive oil lean ground beef onion garlic carrots potatoes celery beef broth bay leaves Worcestershire sauce diced tomatoes tomato paste canned vegetables of choice salt and pepper Italian seasoning
Turn on sauté option of the Instant Pot. Heat oil and add onion and garlic. Stir for about 1-2 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, stirring from time to time.
Stir in celery, carrots, potatoes, tomato paste, and diced tomatoes.
Stir in canned vegetables. Add broth, Worcestershire, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Close lid and make sure the valve is in the Sealing position. Turn to Manual on high pressure and set the time to 8 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally. Carefully open the lid. Stir, serve, and enjoy!
