Sriracha Meatballs

Let's make...

Honey sriracha glazed meatballs are almost too good to be true. We say "almost", because they really are that good!

You will need...

For the meatballs ground beef onion  garlic eggs breadcrumbs salt pepper green onions sesame seeds

You will need...

For the sauce sriracha sauce honey rice vinegar soy sauce garlic

Yeast Package

In a saucepan, whisk together sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic.


Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.


Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking sheets with cooking spray. 


Mix ground beef with onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Beat eggs and incorporate into the mixture.


Roll into balls and spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.


Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Pour the sauce over meatballs and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.


Serve on game day and watch them disappear! Enjoy!
