Boneless beef short ribs Butter Dry Rub Paprika Onion powder Garlic powder Sea salt Black pepper Crushed red pepper Brown sugar
Combine all of the sweet and spicy rub ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Season ribs with the dry rub. Pat the seasoning down to encrust the beef.
Grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes. Flip halfway through.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes after removing from the grill. Melt a pat of butter on top. Serve, and enjoy!
