You will need...

Empanada Filling Ground beef Potato  Goya Sofrito Tomato sauce Goya Sazón con Azafran Spanish olives Water Salt Monterey Jack cheese

It's so easy!

Not only is this recipe so easy to make but it it also delicious! 

Flour Bowl

Cook beef in a skillet until it browns. Add potato and water and cook for 10 minutes.


Add tomato sauce, seasoning, water, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Toss the olives into the pan and stir.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spoon meat filling into a pastry round. Top with Monterey Jack cheese.


Rub edges with water. Pull one side over the other and press together. Seal the edges tightly.


Brush with a beaten egg and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
