How to Cook

With its nutritious ingredients and bright flavors, this beef salad will to become a healthy favorite weeknight meal!


For the salad sirloin steaks carrots peeled  cucumber lettuce  fresh coriander fresh mint leaves red chili dried rice noodles


For the beef marinade lime juice fish sauce garlic ginger paste For the dressing sesame oil lime juice fish sauce honey


Mixing together marinade ingredients in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the steaks. Cover, and allow to soak for 20 minutes.

Step 1


Prep the salad ingredients but cutting them and cooking the noodles. Place the ingredients in a bowl. Add the noodles, cover, and place in the fridge.

Step 2


Place a skillet over medium heat. Add the steaks. Cook on each side for 3 to 4 minutes for a pink middle. 

Step 3


Remove the steaks from the pan and wrap them in foil to rest for 8 minutes before slicing and serving.

Step 4


Prepare the dressing by mixing all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 5


Remove the salad from the fridge. Thinly slice the steak and top over the salad. Pour over the dressing and enjoy!
