Slow roasted prime rib is a show-stopping holiday centerpiece your guests will drool over!

You will need...

Prime rib roast Kosher or sea salt Olive oil Freshly ground black pepper

Yeast Package

It's so easy!

It takes 10 minutes to prep, and only 4 simple steps to make!

Flour Bowl

Salt your prime rib on all sides, then refrigerate overnight uncovered.


Brush all sides of the roast with olive oil after bringing it to room temperature.


Season on all sides with pepper.


Add to the oven at low heat for 4 hours, then sear at high heat to finish the roast.


Slice after resting for at least 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
