Tri-Tip Steak Unsalted Butter Garlic peeled Fresh Thyme Coarse Salt Coarse Black Pepper Granulated Garlic
Preheat smoker to 300 degrees. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and cover the entire steak.
Place on smoker. Add the garlic cloves, thyme, and butter to the cast iron skillet, and place it inside the smoker.
Smoke for 1 hour. Remove pan and place it on a stovetop. Sear the steak for about 2 minutes on each side.
Let the steak cool for about 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
