Sous vide filet mignon

This recipe is so delicious and easy. It is the perfect romantic dinner idea for Valentine's Day!

Generously season steaks using Chicago steak seasoning. Pat the seasoning down.

Step 1


Place filet in plastic zip-lock bag and press the air out. Seal tightly.

Step 2


Clip the bag into the pot of water with the sous vide cooker attached. Fully submerge the bag and cook for 1 hour at 130°F.

Step 3


In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook garlic.

Step 4


Add the filet and sear on all sides. Slice against the grain, serve, and enjoy!
