Set sous vide to 132-degrees & attach it to a pot with water. Place roast in the water and clip to the side. Cook for 6-10 hours.
Remove beef and reserve the liquid! Preheat oven to 550°F. In a bowl, combine garlic butter ingredients and rub all over the roast.
Remove from the oven and let rest. In a skillet, bring the cooking liquid and beef broth to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer until reduced by half. Skim off any solids that rise to the top.
Serve sliced prime rib and serve with Au Jus on the side. Enjoy!
