- 1 stick Salted butter
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon zest
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon Sea salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley freshly chopped

Melt 1 stick Salted butter either in a saucepan or the microwave. If using the microwave, make sure to heat in in short 15 second bursts so it doesn't pop and spatter!

Chop up 1 Tablespoon Parsley and zest and juice the lemon for 1 Tablespoon Lemon zest and 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice. Add to the melted butter along with all remaining ingredients. Stir well until completely combined.

Pour over steak before it's cooked, or dip steak bites in for a delicious treat!
- Because it's a butter-based sauce, this delicious western sauce can be used to baste steak, too!
- Let this sauce thicken in the fridge and then spread it on toast or rub it on raw meat like a butter rub for incredible flavor.
- If you want your sauce a little sweeter, add a bit of honey! It'll melt into the warmed butter perfectly and thicken alongside it for chilling later.
- If you're using this sauce to dip raw steak in before cooking it, set a portion aside for use later to avoid cross-contamination.
