  • 5 Italian sausages mild, or your preference

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390℉. Once heated, place your Italian sausage into the air fryer basket. Prick your sausages with a fork to prevent from bursting.

  • Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. After 8 minutes, remove sausage from the air fryer.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Prick your sausage: Use a fork and prick your sausage before placing them in the air fryer. This prevents the sausages from bursting.
  • Don't overcrowd: Make sure to not overcrowd your air fryer when cooking Italian sausage. Place your sausages in an even layer with a bit of space between them.
  • Use a thermometer: Check the internal temperature of your Italian sausages and make sure they reach 160℉, in the center of the sausage.
  • Start with a clean air fryer: Sausages have a high fat content like bacon, and will dip during cooking. Make sure the drip tray inside your air fryer is completely clean.
