Grease a 9 by 13-inch baking dish with olive oil, and set aside. Preheat oven to 360℉. Add ground beef to a bowl with onion powder, garlic powder, Dijon, tomato paste, ground pepper, and salt, and stir to combine.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add the ground beef mixture. Cook about 10 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until it browns completely.

Drain any grease from the ground beef. Add the cooked ground beef mixture to the prepared baking dish in an even layer.
Spread green beans over the beef.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Add heavy cream and a pinch of salt, and whisk to combine completely.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the meat and green beans.
Spread grated cheddar over top the casserole in the dish.

Bake 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve, and enjoy!
