Turn on the sauté option. Heat oil and add onion and garlic. Stir until translucent. Add beef and cook.
Stir in celery, carrots, potatoes, tomato paste, and tomatoes.
Add broth, Worcestershire, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir in canned vegetables.
Close lid and put the valve in sealing position. Turn to Manual on high pressure and set the time to 8 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally. Carefully open the lid. Stir, serve, and enjoy!
