incredible egg burger
This egg burger recipe is totally irresistible. Enjoy it bunless for a keto dinner!
ground beef chuck salt and pepper smoked Gruyere cheese caramelized onions poached or fried eggs burger buns
Preheat grill or skillet on the stove over medium-high heat. Season beef and form into patties.
Cook until you have a nice sear, 3-5 minutes.
Flip and repeat to sear the other side 3-5 minutes. Add gruyere cheese and cook until it melts.
Prepare your eggs and caramelized onions while the burgers rest.
Top it all off, serve, and enjoy a delicious egg burger!
