The perfect dipping sauce for prime rib: 4-ingredient beef au jus!


Beef broth Worcestershire sauce Red wine Drippings from prime rib


Place the roasting pan from cooking prime rib on the stove over low heat after removing the roast.

Step 1


Whisk Worcestershire sauce and red wine into the pan along with drippings from prime rib.

Step 2


Scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the roasting pan. That's extra flavor!

Step 3


Add beef broth or juices from prime rib and bring to a simmer to thicken.

Step 4


Serve with sliced prime rib or as a dip for French Dip sandwiches. Enjoy!
