Top Sirloin Cap Recipe

Let's make...

No cut of beef is more tender and succulent than the sirloin cap. It's a beautifully marbled beef cut that surrounds the ribeye steak.

You will need...

Picanha cut sirloin cap Santa Maria seasoning

Yeast Package

Preheat grill to 400°F. Score the fat cap of sirloin in a crosshatch pattern.

Season the fat cap with Santa Maria seasoning.

Cut Picanha into strips. Fold each strip into a "C", then slide onto metal skewers.

Grill over indirect heat. Place skewers on the grill and grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.

Remove and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
